The human side of digital transformation.

Digital transformation doesn’t happen in the plan.

I’m interested in what happens next: when real people have to make sense of change, make decisions and find a way forward.

That’s the part I’ve spent more than twenty years exploring.

Twenty years in, it’s time to pass something on.

I learned most of what I know about digital transformation by doing the work. Getting things wrong. Asking questions. Paying attention. And slowly learning from experience.

Now I find myself thinking more and more about the people coming after me.

I want to leave something behind that helps them move forward. Not by giving them my answers, but by helping them find their own, participate in the conversations that shape transformation and learn more from their own experience.

That’s what drives the work I’m building now.

More about me

And maybe that starts with you.
