One-day interactive workshop

A one-day team workshop
Five unwritten rules. One interactive team experience.
Digital change is rarely just about technology. It is about people with different priorities, assumptions and perspectives. It is about resistance, decisions, mistakes and the way teams work together when things do not go according to plan.
The workshop brings those challenges to life. Your team makes decisions under realistic pressure, meets other perspectives and applies what it learns to its own work.
Explore the workshop for your teamThe five rules from The Vonk Playbook: Five unwritten rules for the people side of digital change.
Participants step into a fictional digital transformation project, such as an AI implementation. Each person takes on a role with different responsibilities, priorities and confidential information.
Through the simulation they receive unexpected updates, emails and messages. They share information, question assumptions, respond to criticism and make decisions together.
Nobody has the complete picture.
The team experiences the challenges first. Together, we reflect on what happened, explore different perspectives and discover how the five unwritten rules might offer new ways of looking at the situation.
Less presenting. More experiencing, deciding and reflecting.
Better decisions start with exploring different perspectives.
Nobody is assessed. There are no scores, no right or wrong answers and no judgment. The five rules are perspectives for reflecting together, not criteria for measuring anyone.
A facilitated team experience built around a realistic digital change simulation.
Every participant receives the book, to revisit the five rules after the workshop.
The team explores a current project challenge and identifies practical next steps.
A 60 minute session to reflect on what participants tried, what happened and what they want to continue doing.
Project teams, transformation teams and cross-functional groups working on digital change. Designed for groups of approximately 10 to 15 participants.
The workshop runs in person, at your own location.
