My promise
I want you to feel good about buying The Vonk Playbook. If it is not what you hoped for, you can have your money back.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, for any reason. I will not ask you to justify it.
How to request a refund
Email me at arlette@arlettevonk.com. Tell me you would like a refund, and include the email address you used to buy the book so I can find your order. You can also reply to your order confirmation email.
How the refund is processed
Purchases are handled by my merchant of record, Gumroad, so your refund is processed by Gumroad back to your original payment method. It usually arrives within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You will see "Gumroad" on the original charge and on the refund.
After 14 days
The formal refund window is 14 days. That said, if something is genuinely wrong, for example the file will not open or a link is broken, please still write to me. I will always make that right. Trust is the only workaround that never fails, and I mean it.

The Monday Morning Checklist is free. There is no payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you no longer want my emails, you can unsubscribe from any of them in one click.
Your rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This policy meets that right, and applies the same 14-day window to everyone, wherever you are.
