Using this website

You are welcome here. You may read the website, link to it, and share its pages. Please do not use the website in a way that breaks the law or disrupts it for other people.

What I sell

The main product is The Vonk Playbook, a digital book delivered as a PDF download. The price is shown on the product page. I also offer a free resource, the Monday Morning Checklist, in exchange for your email address.

Team and corporate licensing has its own terms. You can find those on the Licensing page.

How payment works

Purchases are processed by my merchant of record, Gumroad, Inc. Gumroad handles the payment, charges any required VAT or sales tax, and sends your receipt. "Gumroad" is the name that appears on your card or bank statement. When you buy The Vonk Playbook, you also agree to Gumroad's buyer terms, which Gumroad shows you at checkout.

Your licence to use The Vonk Playbook

When you buy the DIY edition of The Vonk Playbook, I give you a personal licence to read it and use it in your own work. The file is for you.

Please do not resell it, share the file, post it publicly, or pass it to other people. If you want to use the Playbook with a team, that is exactly what the team and corporate licences are for. You can find them on the Licensing page.

Intellectual property

The Vonk Playbook, the writing on this website, the brand name Arlette Vonk, and the name The Vonk Playbook are mine. Buying the book gives you the right to use it. It does not transfer the rights to it.

What the Playbook is, and what it is not

The Vonk Playbook is guidance, drawn from twenty years of doing this work in the field. I share it in good faith and I stand behind it. It is not a guarantee of a specific result, and it is not legal, financial, or professional advice for your situation. You know your context better than I do. Use your judgement.

Liability

I take care with everything I publish and sell. Even so, I provide this website and its content as they are. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss that follows from using the website or the Playbook. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the business grows. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If I make a significant change, I will make that clear.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we ever cannot resolve something directly, the dispute belongs to the competent court in the Netherlands.
